Quality Medical Supply Returns & Exchanges Policy

Your satisfaction is of highest importance to us and this is why we strive to help you get the refund you deserve in the event you need to complete a return. We credit your card or provide an exchange if you desire.  Some items are non-returnable due to hygiene, special order or requirements by the manufacturer.

Returnable Products Policy

  • All returns must be approved by Quality Medical Supply
  • Returnable products may be returned up to 30 Days after delivery
  • Product must be in new SEALED condition, seals unopened
  • All parts must be included and in original packaging
  • Shipping Fees are non-refundable and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer
  • If your return is the result of a defective product or shipping error, Quality Medical will refund the entire purchase amount and return shipping costs.

If the product has been used please DO NOT return it to Quality Medical. Call our office to discuss replacement options!

How do I initiate a return?
Step 1:
Before returning products you must first call Quality Medical Supply for approval.
Step 2:
After receiving approval create a return label and clearly write your name on the box. Make sure you use the return address 3334 W. Flower Street, Phoenix, AZ 85017.
Step 3:
Return your product using the appropriate shipping service with tracking so you may have receipt of the product being returned.  All product return fees are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is the result of an error by Quality Medical Supply.

How long before I get my refund?
Provided you have followed the instructions from the policy above, you should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (7 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (5 to 7 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days.)

Call Tags
If your return is the result of our error, Quality Medical will cover the shipping charges for your returned product and refund the full amount of purchase. Just place the item in the original carton and apply the FedEx shipping label emailed to you by FEDEX or Quality Medical Supply. Attach the shipping label to the box and deliver it to FedEx.
